STEP 2

3D ANALYSIS & PLANNING

Your orthodontist analyzes the 3D model created from your digital scans to prepare a personalized treatment plan. Before starting treatment, you can see a simulation of your final results, allowing you to preview the outcome in advance.

STEP 3

PRODUCTION PROCESS

Your orthodontist-approved 3D dental model is processed with specialized software to prepare for aligner design. Your clear aligners are manufactured using high-precision 3D printers from medical-grade plastic material, ready for use.

STEP 4

TREATMENT PROCESS

When your OrthoORIGIN set arrives, the steps to follow are very simple and practical. First, carefully read the user manual included in the box to learn the numbering sequence of your aligners and how to wear them. You should continue your treatment by wearing each aligner for the specified period (2 weeks), 20-22 hours per day.
